AMRK started in January 2020 with a group of managers with backgrounds in security and law enforcement. All bring their own strengths to further the company’s growth into the future. Combined with dedicated security officers, AMRK’s team will continue to serve business clients throughout Arkansas.


Kurt Kennedy, President
Native of northeast Arkansas, received a B.S. from the University of Central Arkansas and attended Fogleman College of Business at the University of Memphis.

Professional background with 25 years in accounting and business management then expanding to law enforcement and security/tactical training industries in 2008. With his wife Leigh Ann has 2 children. Enjoys hunting, fishing and all things outdoors.


Sharon Anderson, V.P. Of Operations
Native of northeast Arkansas with 30 years of professional background in the security industry including Branch Manager, V.P. of Operations. Training Administrator and CSSO Training Administrator. Enjoys working in the yard and time with family, friends and furry child, Marley.


Clyda Massey, Executive Manager
Native of southwest Arkansas, attended Hendrix College.
Professional background in Human Resources, Accounting and Inventory. Came to security industry in 2014. Married to her husband Mark and combined they have 5 children and 7 grandchildren. Enjoys family, crafts, gardening and her goats, dogs, cats, rabbits and chickens.
